The concept behind our jig: absolutely adjustable; the user will never have to make another template. All other hardware jigs on the market have limitations which require the user to construct a template or measure by hand (the traditional way). TP 1935, our full system is the only all around installation tool to eliminate jig making. The full system has the unique ability to drill doors, drawer fronts, and shelf holes. No other tool on the market is capable of these three major tasks. Most jigs on the market focus on a specific task, and are limited in use for that task.
Why our jig outperforms our competitors:
- Simple: A simple fundamental design that allows free range of motion built directly into our T square; eliminating mistakes. By far, our design is the most straightforward.
- “I get it” Our drill guide is intuitive; its use and versatility are understood at first glance. Difficult to use jigs often lead to misplaced holes.
- Adjustable: Our fully adjustable sliding bushings that allow for off sized or metric sized hardware. Most jigs have a fixed bushing spacing which do not allow for drilling other than standard sizes (3”, 3 ½”, 4”).
- Speed: Having thumbscrews for quick positioning and built-in rulers for quick measurement make it incredibly fast to set up an entire kitchen, bath or closet. It takes less time to align and drill holes than removing the hardware from the plastic and attaching it.
- Shelf Holes: A problem every installer runs into: The shop forgets to drill the holes, or the client requests to have more drilled on the job. Our full system allows shelf hole drilling after cabinet assembly. This is also useful for a small shop or enthusiast for in-shop drilling.
- Long Handles: The only jig available that drills bar pulls (long stainless pulls). A very tedious task that has become increasingly frequent. No other manufacturer addresses this issue.
